SUMMARY
A survey conducted on behalf of St John Ambulance & Rescue Service Guernsey that sought to elicit views about their service as well as provide opportunity for respondents who have used the service to provide feedback on their experiences.
The survey received 1457 eligible responses from residents of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, including 514 who provided feedback on their personal experience with the service within the last year. Key findings from the report have been published in an article on the Ambulance and Rescue Service Guernsey website. Key findings from respondents who shared their experience of Guernsey’s emergency ambulance service in the past year included:
- 96% rated their overall experience as good, very good or excellent,
- 97% rated the level of respect and dignity they experienced as good, very good or excellent,
- 98% rated the professionalism of ambulance crews as good, very good or excellent.
