SUMMARY
Brand tracking surveys to inform product development, monitor customer service and understand engagement with marketing.
We’ve been regularly undertaking surveys for companies in the telecoms space since 2016. This includes regular tracking research in Guernsey and Jersey between as 2016 and 2023, as well as several ad-hoc pieces of research undertaken in different islands. Topics covered have included satisfaction, switching and brand perceptions.
We have also completed individual pieces of research utilising more complex techniques such as conjoint analysis to better understand customer decision making, informing product development at times of key developments – when fibre broadband was introduced in Guernsey for example.
