Insights to inform leisure centre improvements that improve the user experience and / or encourage greater use of the facilities.

1,189 residents completed a survey about Beau Sejour, Guernsey’s community leisure centre. This included both members and non-members.

The survey aimed to better understand awareness of facilities, use, preferences, membership and satisfaction. Priorities for improvement of the aqua, body and sports zones were identified. Views on the general amenities (including the café) and customer service were also captured.
