SUMMARY
Insights into the use of and satisfaction with newly implemented services, to inform further improvements that could better meet the needs of islanders:
1,733 island residents took part in an online survey asking for their views on waste and recycling services for households in Guernsey.
The survey was commissioned by the States of Guernsey two years after the introduction of new waste and recycling services, to better understand what was working well and where improvements could be made to better meet the needs of islanders.
The survey asked respondents about their use of different services, satisfaction with the services used by their household, for their experience of customer service received from Guernsey Waste, as well as feedback on communications and campaigns.
Survey weights for age and gender have been applied to present results which are representative of the local population.
