SUMMARY
Online survey to understand the Client’s position in the market compared to 2018, inform development of a rewards scheme, and identify high level trends impacting consumer purchasing decisions:
1,328 Jersey residents completed a survey on shopping at Voisins, a well known department store in Jersey, in 2022. Around half of the questions could be benchmarked with a survey undertaken on behalf of the Client in 2018. The survey asked respondents about their experience of the department store, as well as general shopping preferences which were useful for understanding how the views of loyal customers compare to the general population. As well as closed questions, the survey included a number of open text questions providing qualitative data for extra depth of insight
