SUMMARY

A survey about customer loyalty that asked views and preferences in relation to companies operating locally.

Over 1,600 shared their views on this topic across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Within the survey, we took a closer look at clothing retailers. Key findings from this case study included:

• 40-51% rate the range of clothing brands available on island as good or average
• 19-26% say their jurisdiction has clothing brands that fit and suit them as well as meets their budget
• 1 in 10 feel very loyal to local clothing retailers.
