SUMMARY

This research helps to monitor and improve services provided by Andium Homes.

Tenants were invited to provide feedback either via an online or a paper survey to maximise response rates. Island Global Research took responsibility for organising all data collection – including design of paper survey, printing and distribution, and paper response inputting by trained field researchers. This data was matched with digitally collected responses and analysed collectively.

In designing the questionnaire we worked to the ‘Housemark STAR’ guide to running perceptions surveys aimed at measuring views, impressions and opinions about landlords and the services they deliver.
