625 respondents participated in an online survey conducted on behalf of Jersey Water, which wanted feedback from residents to help the utility plan for the future. The survey sought to learn what residents currently know about the utility; gain insights into levels of trust and satisfaction with key aspects of services currently delivered; and better understand residents’ priorities for Jersey Water in the future.
